At Little Hot Shots, we aim to keep things flexible and convenient while ensuring a fair approach for everyone.

1. Sunday Club Sessions:

For our Sunday Club program, we do not offer refunds. However, if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice that your child cannot attend a scheduled class, you can reschedule that missed session to another available date. Additionally, if Little Hot Shots needs to cancel a Sunday Club session for any reason—whether due to weather or any other circumstance—you will be entitled to reschedule that session to another available Sunday.

2. Private Sessions (One-on-One or Small Groups):

For our private coaching sessions—whether it’s one-on-one, two-on-one, or small groups up to four kids—we offer a 24-hour cancellation window. If you need to cancel or reschedule one of these private sessions and you let us know at least 24 hours in advance, you will be eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Furthermore, if Little Hot Shots must cancel a private session for any reason, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule at your convenience.

3. Weather-Related Cancellations:

In the case of inclement weather or other circumstances where we need to cancel a Sunday Club session, you will be able to move that session to another available Sunday.
