Cancellation & Merchandise Policy

Booking Cancellation:

At Little Hot Shots, we aim to keep things flexible and convenient while ensuring a fair approach for everyone.

 

1. Group Programs (Sunday Club & Summer Saturdays)

All bookings are non-refundable and apply to the full program.

If your child is unable to attend a scheduled session, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or credits for missed classes.

If Little Hot Shots cancels a session due to weather—such as rain or unsafe field conditions—no rescheduling will be possible. The program will resume the following week, and we appreciate your understanding.

If we cancel a session for any other reason—such as facility issues or other unforeseen circumstances—we will do our best to reschedule that session on another available date.

In the unlikely event that we must cancel the entire program, a full refund will be issued.

All cancellation decisions are at the discretion of Little Hot Shots, with safety and session quality as top priorities.

 

2. Private Sessions (One-on-One or Small Groups)

For our private coaching sessions, whether it is one-on-one, two-on-one, or small groups up to four kids, we offer a 24-hour cancellation window.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a private session and provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

If Little Hot Shots must cancel a private session for any reason, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule at your convenience.

 

Clothing & Merchandise Policy:

All Little Hot Shots clothing and merchandise, including jerseys, tops, socks, and other athletic wear, are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Due to the nature of athletic apparel, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once items have been purchased.

We encourage all customers to review sizing carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us prior to purchase.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
